• All exchange requests need to be registered within 48 hours of the package being delivered.

  • We do accept exchanges. No one should be unhappy with their purchase! We are happy to facilitate an exchange. 

  • If you are unhappy with your piece or would like a different size, we’re more than happy to send you a new size or offer another piece in exchange. 

  • In case of any difference in cost: If your exchange product is higher in value than your original order, we will send you a payment link to cover the difference. If your exchange product is lower in value than your original order, we will issue a store credit voucher for you with no expiration. 

  •  In case you receive a damaged product, the wrong style or size from your order, we will send you a new piece and arrange a reverse pickup for the incorrect piece, free of charge. 

  • In the event of an exchange piece for the damaged one received being out of stock, we’re happy to offer you another piece in its place or issue a full refund for the same.

  • An unboxing video and clear images are a MUST in case of receiving a damaged product.

  • We DO NOT offer exchanges on any products bought during our sale or on discount coupons used. 

  • Exchange policies are NOT AVAILABLE for international orders.
