Yes! All our garments are handmade by skilled artisans using traditional Kaikattu Sungudi techniques, making each piece truly unique.

Yes, colour bleeding in the first few washes is normal. These fabrics are traditionally hand-dyed and may bleed. And drying them in direct sunlight may fade the colors. We highly recommend DRY CLEAN ONLY and drying in shade in required circumstances.

Since each piece is handmade, WE DO NO ACCEPT RETURNS. Minor variations are part of the authentic handcrafted process.

However, We do accept exchange. No one should be unhappy with their purchase! We are happy to facilitate an exchange, given that its registered within 48 hours of the package being delivered.

In case you receive a damaged product, the wrong style or size from your order, we will send you a new piece and arrange a reverse pickup for the incorrect piece, free of charge.

In the event of an exchange piece for the damaged one received being out of stock, we’re happy to offer you another piece in its place or issue a full refund for the same.

NOTE: An unboxing video and clear images are a MUST in case of receiving a damaged product.

Yes, we take requests for customisation in the following cases: personalised sizing, minimal customisation such as sleeve length, necklines and length of the garment.
